“ I have never liked sushi before coming here. My husband LOVES sushi and every few years I give it a shot for him. We had another sushi place in Festus that wasn't terrible so I agreed to trying O-Saki a few weeks later.... Well that was a mistake because now I'm obsessed with O-Saki . We get at least 1 roll every week on our days off. The owner and staff are all so nice. The food is simply amazing. My favorites are the fried farmington roll or the fried yummy yummy roll. Both are just perfection. Never had a bad experience and we hope they can fulfill their dreams of opening a restaurant at their building one day as we would gladly be regulars! Love this place sooo much! We had a california roll at another place in Saint Louis last week. It was so terrible I actually spit it out and my husband offered to grab me a roll from O-Saki on the way home to make up for it I really appreciate that they actually fill your roll with INGREDIENTS and not just rice or seaweed! If this hasn't convinced you yet, then you're missing out ”

“ I’ve been craving sushi for a while and I didn’t want to dress up to go to Shoguns or the Jade buffet. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found this sushi food truck almost at the end of Karsh! So close to where I was super friendly and respectful. The place is clean with a couple of wooden picnic benches and open till 8:30pm. The menu is easy to read and they have pictures of you look online for it. The food was freshly made right there and it tasted glorious! 1000/10. Definitely earned a new customer. Photos: Farmington roll, volcano roll, bubba roll and California roll. Chopsticks included with meal. (Comes rolled in a napkin and has the soy sauce packet inside). ”

“ I went there Sunday and the man I spoke to he said he owned it he was the sweetest ever he made my whole night ! I got off work and have been really wanting sushi I got there about 8 ish they close at 8:30 they were so kind to make my order and on top of all that they were super kind we had a conversation just about stuff the entire time even offered me something to drink best food experience I e ever had shout out to him ! If you haven’t tried this place you should stop by definitely worth the stop and it was all amazing I recommend the tnt roll ! ”

“ Me and my daughter stopped here for 3 different rolls. We had the California Crunch roll, the regular Californa roll and the Yummy Yummy roll (recommended by the person taking our order.) They were extremely good! It didn't take long for our food to be ready either! So good! Wasn't sure I could trust sushi out of a food truck but I'm glad we took the chance. All in all, 5/5 stars! ”

“ Best sushi around! I have eaten sushi all over the West Coast, O-Saki is by far my favorite. I have been to their location many times in last few months. Great value and quality of food. Food has always been consistent. The staff and owner are very kind and provide great customer service. Also, my wife never liked sushi before, and now this is her favorite place. ”
